Core Flow™ is a method of precision-based fitness and body awareness that develops athleticism & core strength. Founded in a dance perspective and working from the classics in movement, Core Flow™ creates long lean muscle, grace, and a body free from pain. Classes incorporate deep stretching, isometrics, and stabilization techniques derived from yoga, pilates, and formal dance techniques. It promotes increased range of motion, balance, dynamic flexibility, and core strength.
